Hello, and welcome to my Starrcade report.

***In the opening match, Rey Mysterio Jr., Kidman, and Juventud fought in a three-way dance, for the Cruiserweight title. Kidman, with injury problems, did pretty good in the match. The three men had a gruesome battle. Kidman took some pretty hard hits to the abdominal region. The match had many of near falls, with each member breaking up the counts. They figured that was the only way that they could have a chance to win the Cruiserweight title. Kidman retains the Cruiserweight title after a roll-up pin on Juventud. Juvy thought he had one the match, but Eddie Guerrero messed up the chance for Juventud. Eddie had some heated words with Juventud, and Rey Jr. Eddie then makes a challenge to Kidman. Kidman comes out and accepts. The match is official. The two set to square off.

***Eddie Guerrero vs. Kidman for the Cruiserweight title: Eddie takes it to Kidman with some strong offense. Eddie takes advantage of Kidman's injuries. Rey Jr. stays at ringside to keep order restored in the match. Eddie takes alot of cheap shots, just to weaken the already tired Kidman. Kidman responds with a Bulldog. Kidman retaliates with an onslaught of attack. Eddie takes a cheapshot when the referee isn't looking, and kicks Kidman with a work boot. Eddie goes for the Frogsplash, but Kidman isn't done yet. He superplexes Eddie from the top ropes. Eddie fights back, and drop kicks him. Kidman gets back up on his feet, and stomps Eddie. Juvy interrupts, and pulls Kidman off the top rope. Rey throws Eddie off the ropes. Kidman then takes advantage of the situation, and goes for the Shooting Star Press. He connects, and hits the 1-2-3! All in all, a great match!

***Norman Smiley vs. Prince Iaukea, in a jobber vs. jobber match: Norman Smiley wins via his Chicken cross-face. Surprisingly, Norman had a faily good match.

***Scott Hall makes his way into the arena with an Outsiders t-shirt on. He says being in D.C. for the holidays is just too sweet. He says that '98 hasn't been the best year for him. He says that he takes all blame for what he did. He says he lost everything that he ever cared about. Talks about how Kevin Nash is going to face Goldberg for the World title. He says that he has to prove something, and that's to himself. He says that he's more handsome than 10 movie stars. He claims that '99 will be his year in wrestling.

***Ernest Miller/with Sonny Onno at his side faces Perry Saturn: Ernest starts by threatening Saturn, and gives him five seconds to leave the arena. Saturn responds with a pound to Miller. Saturn takes control, and defeats Miller with the Death Valley Driver.

***Mean Gene interviews the former 13 time world champion, Ric Flair. He comes out in his usual robe, and chants Whooooo Mean By god Gene. They talk about how Eric Bischoff had the Horsemen barred from the arena. Flair states that he doesn't care who's in the arena. He says regardless, Bischoff will get his ass kicked, an eye gouged, and a figure-four slapped on him. He says that Bischoff will bleed, sweat, and pay the price of wrestling tradition. He ends the interview with an outstanding, "Whooooooo"

***Footage is shown of what led up to the Bischoff/Flair match-up.

***An announcement is made, that the Goldberg/Nash world title match, is going to be a no DQ match.

***In a tag match, Scott Norton, and Bryan Adams vs. Jerry Flynn, and Fit Finley: Norton runs over both men, and takes control. Though a valiant effort by Flynn, and Finley, Norton, and Adams take the win after a Powerbomb by Norton.

***Mean Gene interviews Easy E: Bischoff starts off by saying how profoundly sorry he is to Flair's family, and his fans, being sarcastic of course. He says that he is sadened that Flair has agreed to the match. He says all the fans should cheer should cheer Flair, because Flair has bad heart problems. He says that Flair is broke, and he has never saved a nickel. He says that he flies in leer jets with company momey, while Flair has to pay with his pocket money. He ends the interview by making a comment about his wife.

***Chris Jericho vs. Konnan for the Television title: Konnan takes Jericho hard to the mat. Jericho puts the Liontamer on Konnan, but was reversed in a catapult slam on Chris. Jerich takes the title, and hits Konnan with the belt. He goes for the pin, but Konnan kicks out. Konnan puts on the Tequila Sunrise, and submits. Konnan retains the Television title. Looks like Jericho may be heading to the WWF soon?!?

***Bischoff vs. Ric Flair in a grudge match: Flair starts chasing Bischoff. He then pummels him to the mat, with no remorse. Bischoff yells in pain that his knee is hurting. Flair doesn't fall for it. Bischoff comes back with a kick to the temple. Bischoff continues laying the kicks on Flair. Flair comes back with a punch, but Bischoff takes him back down. Flair then goes down to the family jewels. Flair begins laying the knife edge chops on Bischoff. Flair pushes the referee back, and says stay away. Flair then suplexes Bischoff to the mat. He then takes him for a ride, with a vertical suplex. Flair just is having a good time, without no ref. Flair puts on the figure-four, but low and behold Curt Hennig returns makes his way to the ring. Hennig hands Bischoff an object, and Bischoff waffles Flair. Bischoff gets the win. What a return for Curt Hennig!!!! Hennig shows who his true colors are, and that is black and white!!

***Giant vs. DDP in a grudge match: DDP takes it to the Giant. The Giant answers with kicks to the chest, and some elbow drops. He continues to work on the legs of DDP. He goes for a cover, but only gets a 1 count. DDP eye gouges the Giant. Giant slowly, and methodicall walks to Page, and slaps him down. Page tries to get back to his feet, but the Giant clobbers him into the corner with a lariat. The Giant lets Page get back to his feet, but the Giant plays games with the slumped Page. The Giant continues bad mouthing him. The Giant grabs him up into a bear hug. The Giant wears down DDP with the Bear Hug, and just drops him in a heap. DDP goes for a Diamond Cutter, but gets powerslammed in return. Giant tries to cover, but only gets a two count. The Giant then allows DDP to get to his feet. He wants to end the match in a chokeslam. The Giant picks him back up, and once again goes for the bear hug. The ref checks to see if Page is out of it. Page isn't out of it, and tries to sunset flip him, but To no avail. Giant sends him in a back-breaker. The Giant throws him to the rope, and DDP gets him with a flying clothesline. Both men are down. DDP attempts the cover, but no. Bret Hart makes his way into the ring. He accidentally whacks the Giant. DDP hits Hart. DDP takes Giant down with a flying clothesline. Page goes for the cutter, and doesn't get it. The Giant attempts the Super-Chokeslam from the top rope, but DDP diamond cuts the Giant from the top rope, and gets the win. Another win for the worst wrestler in history. Diamond "Scum" Page!

***Kevin Nash vs. Bill Goldberg for the World Heavyweight title: The two lock-up, and Goldberg takes Nash to the corner. Nash gets Goldberg in a headlock, but he pick up Nash, and back drops him. They continue trading punches. Nash puts Goldberg in the corner, but Goldberg backs out. Nash goes for an submission hold. Goldberg answers back with an ankle-lock. Nash gets whopped down by Goldberg. Nash pulls Goldberg into the turnbuckle hard. Goldberg speared Nash. He's going for the Jack-Hammer. Nash hits Goldberg with a low blow. Goldberg holds his ribs. Nash attempts a pin, but Goldberg kicks out. Nash then attempts another pin, but no go. Nash attempts yet another pin, but yet again he kicks out. Goldberg fights back with some mean punches. Nash takes him down, and makes another cover. No go. Spinning neck breaker on Nash by Goldberg. Goldberg kicks Nash down with a standing side kick. Goldberg attempts a pin, but Nash kicks out. Goldberg takes Nash down again. Disco makes his way down, and so does Bam Bam. Bigelow is taken down by Goldberg. Nash rests. Scott Hall hits Goldberg with a stun gun wrench to the gut, Nash hits Goldberg with the Jack-knife. Nash pins the former champion. Nash is the NEW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION!!!!!!! TOOOOO SWEEEEEEEEEEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
